Claim

TIGER AUTO will accept claims based on the following conditions for products with an established contract.
However any claims such as the engine, gearbox, clutch, oil leak, exterior body rust, chassis rust, etc will not be accepted if the following conditions apply.

　　　　１．The value of the vehicle is less than 300,000 yen
　　　　２．The vehicle is more than 9 years old
　　　　３．The car has traveled more than 90,000km

Claims received after the vehicle has been loaded are covered by Maritime Damage Insurance and will not be accepted here.

Compensation

For claims where an agreement has been reached between the company and members, either of 1 to 3 below can be used for compensation after


　　　　１．Pay via wire transfer to a bank account specified by the member
　　　　２．The amount of compensation is withheld by our company and used for the next transaction
　　　　３．Our company will provide new items
