5	Scratches or dents that are mostly out of view, and does not require any major repairs. No problem in the operation of the engine or other mechanical parts.
4	Visible scratches, dents, rust and repair marks, and additional paint and sheet metal work may be required. The engine and other mechanical parts require some tuning. 5 points can be given if repair costs under 50,000 yen are performed.
3	Large scratches, dents, rust, and repair marks, and additional paint and sheet metal work is required. The engine and other mechanical parts require tuning. 4 points can be given if repair costs under 100,000 yen are performed, while 5 points can be given if repair costs under 150,000 yen are performed.

B	Small scratches, damage, burns, dents, and few repair marks, and additional repair work may be required. An A grade can be given if repair costs under 50,000 yen are performed.
C	Visible scratches, damage, burns, dents, and a number of repair marks, and additional repair work or replacement may be required. A B grade can be given if repair costs under 50,000 yen are performed, while an A grade can be given if repair costs under 100,000 yen are performed.
D	Large scratches, damage, burns, dents, and many repair marks, and additional repair work or replacement may be required. A C grade can be given if repair costs under 50,000 yen are performed, while a B grade can be given if repair costs under 100,000 yen are performed, and an A grade can be given if repair costs under 150,000 yen are performed.
E	Irreparable defects (damage, tears, dirt, or smell)
